Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Vizyro and vizyro.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use Vizyro on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
1. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use Vizyro. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in methods secure. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
2. Your content
You keep all rights to the photos, links, text and other material you provide ("Your Content"). You give us a limited license to host, process and transform Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. You confirm that you own or have permission to use Your Content, including any trademarks, logos and product images.
3. Generated videos
Subject to these Terms and your plan, you may use videos you generate with Vizyro for any lawful purpose, including commercial use and paid advertising on paid plans. Videos created on the Free plan include a Vizyro watermark. AI-generated output can contain mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing videos before publishing them and for making sure claims about your products are accurate.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Vizyro to:
- create misleading, deceptive or false advertising, including fake reviews or testimonials presented as real customers;
- impersonate real people or use someone's likeness or voice without permission;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
- promote illegal products or create content that is hateful, sexually explicit, violent or harmful to minors;
- violate the advertising policies of the platforms where you publish;
- reverse engineer, overload or interfere with the Service, or access it by automated means except through features we provide.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Plans, billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Unused video credits do not roll over. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We will give notice before changing prices for your plan.
6. Early access
Some features are offered as early access or beta. They may change, be limited or be discontinued, and may not work as expected.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any particular advertising results.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vizyro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You can stop using Vizyro and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
