Privacy Policy
Vizyro ("we", "us") provides an AI tool that turns product photos and product links into video ads. This policy explains what information we collect when you use vizyro.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google or with an email link, we receive your email address and, for Google sign-in, your name and profile picture.
- Content you provide. Product photos you upload, product links you paste, descriptions you write, and the videos generated from them.
- Usage data. Pages visited, buttons clicked, approximate country, device and browser type. We use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies or collect personal identifiers.
- Session recordings (optional). If you accept analytics cookies, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site through heatmaps and anonymized session replays. Text you type into form fields is masked.
How we use information
- To create, store and deliver your videos.
- To run your account, keep you signed in and send sign-in links.
- To improve the product, fix problems and understand which features are useful.
- To send important service messages. We only send marketing emails if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your product photos or videos to train public AI models.
Service providers
We share data only with providers that help us run Vizyro, under contracts that limit their use of it:
- Supabase: authentication and database.
- Cloudflare: website hosting and content delivery.
- Google: sign in with Google.
- Microsoft Clarity: optional usage analytics.
- Payment processors and email delivery providers, when those features are enabled.
Cookies
We use essential browser storage to keep you signed in and to save your draft while you sign in. Analytics cookies (Microsoft Clarity) are only set after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer.
Data retention
We keep your account and videos while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and all associated content at any time, and we will do so within 30 days, except where we must keep records to meet legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, UK or California), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. When we transfer personal data from the EU or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Children
Vizyro is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you by email or on the site before they take effect.
